How the EarlyBird Assessment Works

001

Sign up for the EarlyBird Assessment

Schedule a time when you and your child are ready to meet with a Literacy Specialist and take the EarlyBird Assessment. Give yourself 1 hour in case you have any questions for the expert.

002-2

Play a game

Your child will play a game with Pip on a virtual call with your Literacy Specialist. The game tests your child's early literacy skills in areas like phonological awareness and comprehension. It requires no reading.

003-2

Get guidance from a Literacy Specialist

After the assessment, you will meet with your certified expert in learning to read to better understand your child's reading needs. Your specialist will be able to give you guidance based on your child's results.
